Nourish your body, nourish your hair and skin. Fill your diet full of fruits, veggies and lean meats daily and of course lots of water. If I don’t feel thirsty I often forget to drink water so my way of reminding myself is keeping a water bottle on the counter so every time I walk by its a reminder to drink my water. I also like to have cut fruit chunks and easy to eat veggies like carrots and cherry tomatoes in bowls on the counter during the day so whenever I feel the need to snack its easy and available to snack on.
